6). With 2 large tunnel kilns ( constant temperature 165 degrees ) to ensure the same quality and color for a batch order;

7). Have a reasonable heating specification, the heating temperature of  150-170 degrees, holding time 36 hours  to ensure product hardness;

8). Standard inspection requirements,3 inspection processes, more than 6 inspection content to  ensure the  effective completion of the order;

A3: We usually packing as shrink + neutral inner box + standard export carton, we also accept OEM orders, labels, and packages as customers' requirements.

Q5: What's your daily output?
A5: 350000 PCS per day for daily products output for small inch, 35000pcs per day for big size like 14" and 16".
